Live Orchestral Recording of "Cycle of Stone"
Cycle of Stone is my entry in the 5th International Film Music Competition, and was selected as a finalist. It was such a wonderful experience to visit beautiful Zurich, hang with my fellow nominees, and of course to work with such an incredible conductor and orchestra. I'm just incredibly honored to have been chosen.

For the 5th International Film Music Competition, 202 participants (from 43 countries) were invited to write an orchestral score for a 6-minute animation by Seth Boyden, called An Object at Rest. Five nominees were shortlisted to participate in the finals, as part of the 12th Zurich Film Festival. The final competition took place at a live film concert in Zurich, where the 5 nominees had their scores performed by the Tonhalle Orchester Zurich, under the baton of Frank Strobel.
The animation was originally released in 2015, with music by Julian Beutel.
